CERAMIC FIBER BLANKET
Ceramic Fiber Blanket is a refractory fiber needled mat made from fibers. These mats are laid into a continuous mat and then are mechanically needled for added strength. Our blankets are suitable for use up to 1260°C & 1425°C. It can be applied in furnace and kiln linings, removable insulating blankets for steam and gas turbines, high temperature gasketing and low velocity stack lining.
Ceramic fiber blanket has its advantages they are excellent thermal stability, good thermal shock resistance, low thermal conductivity and shrinkage and low heat storage capacity. It provides insulation and protection against high heat without the dangers associated with asbestos products. All blankets are made from long refractory fibers, binder free and are needled. They have excellent strength before and after heating.
